These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of digitalbooksqueen.com (the “Site”) and the purchase and download of our eBook (the “Product”). By accessing the Site or purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1) About our product and delivery

  • Product: Single eBook in PDF format.
  • Delivery: Instant delivery by email after successful purchase. A download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
  • Download limit: One (1) download per purchase. Please back up your file after download.

2) Prices, taxes, and currency

  • Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to applicable laws and your location.

3) Accounts

No customer account is required to purchase or download the eBook.

4) License and permitted use

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to download and use one copy of the eBook for your own personal, non‑commercial use.

You must not:

  • Share, distribute, resell, lend, lease, or sublicense the eBook or any part of it.
  • Publicly display, post, or make the eBook available on any website, platform, or network.
  • Use the eBook to train AI models or for any data mining or machine learning purposes.
  • Use the eBook for classroom or institutional distribution or any other collective use.
  • Remove copyright notices or other proprietary rights notices.

5) Intellectual property

The eBook, the Site content, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property are owned by Digital Books Queen and are protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

Copyright takedown: To report infringement, email digitalbooksqueen@gmail.com with (a) your contact details, (b) a description and location of the allegedly infringing material, (c) a statement of good‑faith belief that use is not authorized, and (d) a statement that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

6) Refunds and EU withdrawal waiver

  • Digital products: Because our Product is delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once the download has been accessed.
  • Non‑delivery: If you do not receive the eBook within 7 days after purchase, contact us at digitalbooksqueen@gmail.com. We will verify non‑delivery (we monitor each download via our software) and, if confirmed, will provide a refund or a new download link.
  • EU/EEA consumers: By requesting immediate delivery of the digital content, you expressly consent to receive the eBook immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14‑day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. If you do not agree, do not download the eBook until the withdrawal period ends.

7) Technical support

If delivery is delayed or you experience issues with your download link, contact digitalbooksqueen@gmail.com. We will assist within a reasonable time.

8) Prohibited conduct on the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security or operations, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

9) Disclaimers

  • The eBook is provided for informational/educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the information.
  • The Site and Product are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be error‑free or uninterrupted.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Books Queen and its owners, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Site or Product will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for fraud).

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. You agree that the courts of Paris, France, will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Product, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant you additional rights in your country of residence.
